On March 1st one of our parents, Mrs Shann, came and talked to us all about St David’s Day. We learnt about the symbols of Wales, the leek and the daffodil, and the importance of the welsh dragon and the colours of the national flag. Mrs Shann taught us how to say different things in welsh and we tasted her delicious Bara brith. Best of all, we made the teachers dress up as welsh ladies!
